  Office Staff were alright. They remember residents from time to time. One thing to beware of is rent keeps going up every year. It is too expensive for a one bedroom apartment. You can find cheaper apartments or rent a home for the price they are charging you with. As an example: My first year living here was about $575, the second year went up to $608, now they are charging about $630, I didn't renew my contract, because they are just landing whatever prices and the one bedroom apartment is similar to an efficiency or studio, so be warned that rent goes up $20.00 skyrocket with no explanation ever year for a small dwelling, but I maybe can explain that in a bit. The owner seems incompetent about the apartments next door (which has an attached garage available), you will not find anything here. The garages here are used for storage, etc...It's annoying when they intimidate tenants about making noises after 10 p.m when some people work 3rd shift, they don't understand how the world works. The warning is for the whole BUILDING COMPLEX without investigating the exact one. Everyone gets a warning, or they get threatened to be kicked out. I've have no problems with them but beware of noise level, or they suggest you call the cops. Pets are not a bothered here as many people are responsible owners. They don't allow you to pay for gas or water, but that is not true. It's kind of a false advertisement. The truth is you are paying for it because they are billed about $40 per month or less and they raised your rent in order to pay that off which is unreasonable if you should had paid that for yourself in the first place. Overall, I would rate this apartment complex a 2 STAR because office staff are doing their job but everything else is like a written book and self explanatory and common sense. It is expected for some and unforgivable by others. Then there are people who are neutral about this situation. Thanks for reading. Be warned.

  I would be careful renting here - very surly office staff! The dogs have more rights here than the tenants do. But that can be expected when two bow wows are running the place If Donald Trump wants to see a real SH!THOLE, he needs to see this place. Dog feces (or maybe human) in the snow makes this place a real SH!THOLE.
